The laws of time stipulate that once two versions of the same body touch, they turn into an unconvincing 90s computer graphical mess – right? No TimeCop! No, you are wrong! In fact, Super T.I.M.E. Force is about to prove you wrong!

It turns out countless versions of yourself can fight together, without even the fear of the time continuum buckling under the pressure…

Capy’s Super T.I.M.E. Force originated in a three day game jam, and will find its final resting place on XBLA at an unspecified point within 2012 and 2013. In the mean-time those occupying the timestream in-between can ogle its remarkable playthrough videos.

It’s a side-scrolling Contra-style shooter, but once you die your former life is not forgotten – in fact you’ll play alongside your previous run through. Hell, you’ll even be able to save his life by zapping his future-murderer, and then jump back into his soul the next time your current iteration perishes.

This merry dance will go on and on, and the number of your former combatants battling their way through levels will build and build, until your brain melts or you complete the level. Whichever comes first.

Seriously, just check out this PAX playthrough. Prepare for astoundment.

Then have a peek at this too, for added mind-bendiness.
