Man, when do Ronimo get to sleep these days? Do they take it in shifts? Have they weened themselves off the habit entirely? Do they administer little electrical shocks to themselves every thirty seconds like Moscow Metro drivers? Hopefully not. Anyway, alongside work on Awesomenauts, they’ve also released DLC for Swords & Soldiers. Rad.

Swords & Soldiers, of course, is the team’s wonderfully chaotic side-scrolling RTS, which is available on WiiWare, PSN, iOS, Android and Linux – no update for you guys, I suspect – as well as Steam for PC and Mac. This is where you’ll find the new stuff.

The DLC’s called Super Saucy Sausage Fest – I’m not going to say anything about that – and it adds a brand new single-player campaign, as you guide Chief Meat to the annual, um, Super Saucy Sausage Fest and then battle for the grand prize. There’s also a new challenge mode called Boulder XL. I love the way Ronimo’s developing this game, incidentally – it feels like we’re getting new episodes of a Saturday morning cartoon, and that seems totally appropriate.

Sausage Fest‘s available for £1.34, which is almost inhumanly reasonable, or you can get the game and the DLC at the moment for £3.99. What are you waiting for?
