Four weeks on from the exceptional launch of the exceptional XBLA title Trials Evolution, Hookshot Inc. caught up with Antti Ilvessuo, Creative Director of the game's developer RedLynx to find out how it's all gone.
For a game that took circa £1,020,000 on day one, the answer is, predictably: OMFG SO WELL.
So Trials Evolution is out, and it’s wonderful. If you’re already on my friends list, however, you not only already know this – and your ghost is also absolutely trouncing me over every single course.
Through the Trials Evolution wonder-editor the talented chaps at RedLynx have created a level that recreates Limbo (vast spider and all) along with a gameplay mode that evokes the directional man-hurls of 'Splosion Man. How did all that come about?
