Deadlight trailer foreshadows greatness…
Is Deadlight this year’s Limbo? Well, there’s definitely a bit when the hero climbs quite close to a sign that says ‘Hotel’ on it. So that looks like a dead cert to us. Microsoft have just sent forth an impressive trailer for Tequila Work’s post apocalyptic side-scroller – so prepare to taste the XBLA desolation.

Deadlight: this Summer’s downloadable blockbuster?

At this point it’s hard to tell just what’ll be this year’s Shadow Complex or Limbo: an XBLA title that breezes in one summer, and summarily conquers all before it. Microsoft, however, seem to think they’ve found it in Deadlight.

Under construction by a Spanish gang called Tequila Works (guys, tequila NEVER works) it’s a cinematic puzzle platformer in a post-apocalyptic world.
