Oh man, I’ve kind of blown everything with that dazzlingly comprehensive headline. The news may not be complicated, but it is at least good to hear. Over on its blog, Die Gute Fabrik has just announced that it’s bringing Where is my Heart? to…well, you get the point.
But what is Where is my Heart?, eh? It’s an astonishingly good PSP Mini at the moment: a wonderfully creative platform game that takes the scissors to genre conventions and revels in a sweet, scary, bucolic setting that reminds me of really good, really early Disney, back before Uncle Walt decided to spend his time titting about with model trains and sticking it to the Commies.
To say anything more would be a spoiler, which is why I’m not even linking to YouTube where you will find many wonderful videos explaining the game in greater detail. Please don’t look at them. Long story short: currently available for PSP, PS3, and Vita priced at £3.99, and soon – this Spring, apparently – to be blazing new trails on Mac, PC, and Linux. Hooray!
