You read Game Toilet, right? Game Toilet is a Posterous repository of Flash game ideas that its curator, King Baggot (real name: Jerry Carpenter), will “get round to making when I’m Man Enough.”

Carpenter has what he describes as a “sensible” job in game development, so Game Toilet is a place for him to flex his idea muscle in obscene ways that the typical constraints of a day-job making games probably disallows.

The site’s no flash (!) in the pan (!!) either, having posted its 500th game idea earlier this month. Ideas span genres and challenge notions of taste and decency but, at the heart of each illustrated design is just enough game sense to make the concept curiously feasible. Browse the back catalogue and you’ll discover a surprising number of entries that you want to play.

For the London Olympics Carpenter has turned one of the ideas into an actual factual ‘half baked electronic video GAME‘. In it you assume the role of an Olympic hurdler (in the guise of Boris, Ronny or Guttenberg), sprinting away from the inexorable plod of the video game zombies.

It’s a simple game but, as distance is measured in PIXELS rather than metres, difficult to hurdle away from. Post your high scores in the comments. Our best? 11182 pixels.
